Terms of use

By using NexEpi, you agree to these terms. We have tried to keep them short and clear; the community guidelines and privacy policy form part of them.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and must meet the age requirements for online services under your country's laws. Access is available only through Google. One person, one personal account.

What you publish

Reviews, comments, lists and session text remain yours. By publishing them publicly or to followers, you authorize us to show them within the service to people with access, for as long as they remain published. You can delete what you wrote at any time.

Acceptable use

Follow the community guidelines. Automating accounts, scraping other people's data, bypassing API limits or using the service to distribute pirated content is prohibited. The API exists for accessing your own data.

Closed beta and existing access

  • During the closed beta, new accounts join the waitlist free of charge, without immediate access or a guaranteed date. The catalog is public. The team grants access individually or through time-limited VIP invitations; new subscription sales are suspended.
  • Canceling renewal keeps Pro active until the end of the paid period. We charge no cancellation fee.
  • Existing access is preserved. Previous subscriptions retain their contracted period and the option to cancel renewal.
  • VIP invitations and free grants last for the period shown in your account. Joining the waitlist requires no payment.
  • What never requires payment: export all your data as json and csv; delete your account and take your data with you.

Movie and show information comes from open and licensed sources (such as TVmaze under CC BY-SA, TMDB and Wikidata) and may contain errors. Brands, titles and images belong to their owners; a title's presence does not imply endorsement or availability on any service.

The service

We work to keep NexEpi online and your data secure, but the service is provided as is, without guaranteed uninterrupted availability. That is why exporting is free and one click away: make copies whenever you want. We may change or end features, providing reasonable advance notice for significant changes.

Leaving and deleting

You can leave whenever you want: export your data and delete your account in Settings. Accounts violating these terms or the guidelines may be suspended or closed.

General provisions

These terms follow Brazilian law. We will announce significant changes within the service before they take effect. Questions? Contact the team through the help center.
